World of Anterra Release: Confirmed Facts

Steam says 2026. No day, no price, no pre-order, no demo. Console versions were promised in 2022 but Steam still lists Windows only — this section keeps announced and confirmed in separate columns.

What is confirmed about the release

Steam lists World of Anterra for 2026 with no day, no price and no pre-order option, checked 27 October 2026. That is the complete public record: the store page, the wishlist announcements, and nothing else. A date has never been named.

The things people quote as a date are not dates. A 31 December placeholder is how a year-only value renders in some databases. The 2022 Kickstarter window has already passed. Console platform lists come from a 2022 promise that has not been reconfirmed.

Where to start

Two pages cover almost every question in this section. Release date and what is actually confirmed walks through the store page field by field and explains why the developer has not committed to a day. Platforms keeps the one confirmed platform separate from the five that were announced in 2022 and never mentioned again.

If you are deciding whether to follow the game rather than when to play it, the wishlist milestones page is the better starting point: it is the only public signal of demand this game has.

World of Anterra Platforms: Windows Only, Consoles Unconfirmed

Steam lists Windows only. PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, Mac and GOG were promised on the 2022 Kickstarter — here is exactly which platform claims still hold in October 2026.
